    Shriram Pistons & Rings (SPRL) completed the first tranche of its asset purchase from Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions (Craftsman Automation subsidiary). SPRL paid 10 Cr for piston manufacturing plant/machinery. Remaining assets will follow in future tranches, enhancing SPRL's production capabilities.
