Titagarh Rail Systems approved transferring its Shipbuilding & Maritime Systems business to wholly-owned subsidiary TNSL, effective Jan 1, 2026, to focus on railways. TNSL will issue Rs 114.88 Cr securities as consideration. Also granted 874,500 employee stock options.
