TCC Concept Limited has acquired 100% equity in Pepcart Logistics Private Limited for ₹7.5 Cr cash. Pepcart, an existing step-down subsidiary, provides integrated logistics and supply chain services. This strategic move simplifies TCC's group structure and boosts operational control over its logistics functions. Pepcart's recent turnovers were ₹66.67 Cr (FY25), ₹67.43 Cr (FY24), and ₹89.30 Cr (FY23). This acquisition strengthens TCC's internal capabilities by fully integrating a key logistics provider into a wholly-owned subsidiary.
