    NACL Industries Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 31-12-2025: Allotment of Securities

    NACL Industries completed its Rights Issue, allotting 3.25 Cr equity shares at ₹76.70 each to shareholders, increasing paid-up capital to ₹23.40 Cr. The company also invested ₹83 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, NACL Spec-Chem (FY25 turnover ₹96.44 Cr), via CCDs to prepay existing loans.
