Punj Lloyd Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process : Pursuant to Reg. 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Reg''s.2015 (LODR) & in accordance with req. of Sch. III of LODR we wish to inform you reg. the outcome of 23rd Stakeholders Consultation Committe meeting (SCC) of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on 10.12.2025, the evoting of which closed yesterday. The Liqudator (LQ) of the Company appraised the SCC members regarding the developments which have taken place post the developments which have occured after the conclusion of 22nd SCC meeting held on 13.10.2025. Thereafter the LQ of the Company discussed the way forward to give effect to the developments taken place in the process of Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis. The SCC with requisite majority has advised the LQ on matters related to the Liquidation of the Company.
