ERAAYA LIFESPCES' fund-raising committee has approved the allotment of 1.5 Cr new equity shares at Rs. 81 each, following the conversion of previously issued warrants. This conversion, involving a promoter group allottee, brings in Rs. 12.15 Cr to the company. Consequently, the company's issued and paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 20.08 Cr, comprising 20.08 Cr equity shares. This move strengthens the company's capital base.
