    Devyani International and Sapphire Foods announced a merger, creating a single Yum! India KFC & Pizza Hut franchisee. SFIL shareholders get 177 DIL shares for 100 SFIL. DIL will acquire 19 KFC restaurants. Annual synergies of INR 210-225 Cr expected.
