CRISIL has downgraded Shankara Building Products' bank facilities totaling Rs. 595 Cr. The long-term rating is now 'CRISIL BBB/Stable', previously 'CRISIL BBB+'. The short-term rating moved from 'CRISIL A2' to 'CRISIL A3+'. The outlook for the long-term rating is Stable.
