ECOHOTELS' Rights Issue Committee has approved the first call of Rs. 3.80 per partly paid-up equity share. This call applies to 1.287 Cr shares, aiming to collect Rs. 4.89 Cr. Of the Rs. 3.80 per share, Rs. 2.50 will adjust towards face value and Rs. 1.30 towards securities premium. A record date has been set to determine eligible holders, and a payment period will commence. This move completes another stage for shareholders who subscribed to the previous rights issue, converting their partly paid shares closer to fully paid status.
