Unilex has approved a strategic investment of Rs. 6.69 Cr to acquire 60% of Unisynth Overseas. This move aims for portfolio diversification and enhanced global reach in industrial raw materials trading. Unisynth's FY25 turnover was Rs. 2.80 Cr, with PAT of Rs. 2.01 Cr.
