Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd — Important, 02-01-2026: Company Update

The company's Fund-Raising Committee approved the allotment of 26.60 lakh new equity shares. These Re. 1 face value shares were issued at Rs. 81 each (including an Rs. 80 premium) to M/s. Just Right Life Limited, a promoter entity. This allotment follows the conversion of previously issued warrants upon receipt of the remaining payment. As a result, the company's issued and paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 20.35 crore, now represented by 20.35 crore equity shares.
