NCLT sanctioned Megasoft's amalgamation scheme, changing its name to Sigma Advanced Systems Ltd. and consolidating authorized capital to INR 250 Cr. New shares will be issued (316 for 100 Sigma). Company added new subsidiaries/associates and issued corporate guarantees of GBP 8.80 Mn, posing a contingent liability.
