Thirumalai Chemicals Limited — Important, 02-01-2026: Commencement of commercial production/operations

Thirumalai Chemicals' US subsidiary, TCLS USA, began commercial operations at its new US facility, making its first Maleic Anhydride sale. The plant has a 40,500 tons/yr MAN capacity and over 30,000 tons/yr for food ingredients, serving underserved North American markets. Operations are expected to stabilize gradually.
