Unitech International Ltd's 5th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting recently concluded. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional proposed to issue a detailed Expression of Interest (EOI) and eligibility criteria. This EOI is intended to invite eligible Resolution Applicants, which is a critical step in the company's ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) to identify a viable resolution plan for stakeholders.
