The company plans to acquire 100% of Rinpoche Spirits Private Limited for Rs. 348.38 Cr and Crochet Industries Private Limited for Rs. 4.86 Cr, both through share swaps. These acquisitions will expand national footprint, capacity, and revenue. Additionally, the company extended an unsecured loan agreement with directors for up to Rs. 90 Cr and aims to raise up to Rs. 900 Cr via External Commercial Borrowings.
