Thermax's subsidiary, FEPL, sold back its entire stake in Onix-Two Enersol Private Limited (OTEPL) for Rs 0.001 Cr. This reverses a prior acquisition attempt that didn't meet closing conditions. OTEPL's FY25 revenue was just Rs 0.00122 Cr.
