New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL) has secured a ₹112.5 crore mandate from Lodha Developers Limited for constructing the first residential tower and associated structures at Lodha Alibaug's 200+ acre development. This repeat order covers core structural works for approximately 7.26 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area. This marks NCCCL's third engagement with the Lodha Group, reinforcing their established working relationship and execution capabilities. Construction is set to commence mid-January with an expected execution period of 24 months, strengthening NCCCL's project pipeline.
