Sanmitra Commercial Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Ankit Jalan and Anuj Jalan, along with Persons Acting in Concert, have made an open offer to acquire up to 1,49,76,000 equity shares of Sanmitra Commercial Limited (SCL), representing 26.00% of its expanded equity. The cash offer price is Rs. 15 per share, valuing the acquisition at approximately Rs. 22.46 Crore. SCL's Independent Directors view the Rs. 15 offer price as justified, and no competing bids have emerged. Shareholders interested in participating can now access the Letter of Offer and tender their shares through their respective brokers. This provides SCL shareholders an opportunity to exit at the specified price.
