This shareholder-approved move allows the promoter group to potentially increase their stake in Alphalogic Industries. Post-conversion of these warrants, the diluted share capital of Alphalogic Industries would increase to Rs. 11.99 crore from Rs. 10.19 crore, providing a future capital infusion.
