Reganto Enterprises has secured approval from the Registrar of Companies to significantly broaden its business activities. The company's Memorandum of Association now allows it to engage in infrastructure construction, air transport and logistics, IT infrastructure and network management services, and various supporting transportation and logistics functions. This strategic expansion opens up substantial new operational avenues. Concurrently, the authorized share capital has been updated to Rs. 25 Cr, comprising 21 Cr equity shares of Re. 1 each and 4 lakh preference shares of Rs. 100 each, setting the stage for future growth and capital adjustments.
