Ventura Guaranty Ltd — Important, 05-01-2026: Company Update

Ventura Guaranty Limited has allotted 6,58,745 new equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, to shareholders of Kashmira Investment and Leasing Private Limited as part of their merger. For every 100 shares held in Kashmira, 84 Ventura Guaranty shares were issued. This increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 3.85 crore, comprising 38,53,545 equity shares. These new shares are intended to be listed and traded on BSE Limited, integrating the shareholder base from the merger.
