StarlinePS Enterprises has signed an MOU to acquire a 12.15% stake in Tobias Amines Limited for approximately 35.27 Lakh. Tobias Amines specializes in manufacturing intermediates for food colors, dyes, and specialty chemicals, alongside offering Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS). This strategic move expands StarlinePS's presence in the chemical industry, leveraging Tobias Amines' expertise. Tobias Amines, incorporated in July 2022, reported a turnover of approximately 54.60 Lakh for the fiscal year 2024-25. The cash-funded acquisition is expected to be completed by February 28, 2026.
