The company plans to issue 48.50 lakh equity shares at Rs. 10 each, raising Rs. 4.85 Cr from five non-promoter investors. This move aims to bolster capital for future growth. Shareholders will vote on these proposals, including a change of the registered office from Madhya Pradesh to Maharashtra, at an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
