RDB Infrastructure's Board has approved a strategic move to acquire 70% of Solar Agro-Parks Private Limited, a newly incorporated entity. This investment expands the company's business operations into the renewable solar energy sector. RDB Infrastructure will subscribe to 7,000 equity shares for Rupees 70,000, becoming a majority shareholder. Solar Agro-Parks Private Limited has an authorized capital of Rupees 10 Lakhs and a paid-up capital of Rupees 1 Lakh. The subscription amount for these shares is yet to be infused.
