National Fittings Ltd — Important, 07-01-2026: Company Update

National Fittings' Board has approved a capacity expansion for its Iron cast Fittings and assembly operations at a new unit in Vadodara, Gujarat. This expansion targets an additional 10,000 MT capacity with an investment of approximately 60 Cr, funded by internal accruals and debt, to meet increasing demand. For this new unit, the company is leasing 7.75 lakh square feet of land from Avisa Private Limited, an entity owned by company directors. The lease is for nine years with auto-renewal, at Rs 1 lakh per month initially, increasing to Rs 3.75 lakh per month.
