Entertainment Network (India) Limited — Credit Ratings, 07-01-2026: Credit Rating

CRISIL has reaffirmed Entertainment Network (India) Ltd's (ENIL) long-term ratings at 'Crisil AA+/Watch Developing' for bank facilities and NCDs, and short-term ratings at 'Crisil A1+/Watch Developing' for bank facilities and Commercial Paper. The ratings remain on 'Watch Developing' due to the proposed demerger of its parent, BCCL's non-publishing business, which will change ENIL's parent to Times Horizon Pvt Ltd. CRISIL is monitoring future operational and financial support.
