The Company has received Certificate from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ( RTA ) i.e. M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited) for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 confirming that the details of securities dematerialized / rematerialized during the aforesaid period as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished by RTA to all the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company is listed.As required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, enclosed herewith please find a compliance certificate dated 03rd January 2026 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 received from RTA as Annexure A.
