Waa Solar Ltd — Important, 08-01-2026: Company Update

WAA Solar Limited has incorporated seven new wholly-owned subsidiary companies to act as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). These SPVs are specifically created for the execution of multiple solar projects previously awarded by M.P. Urja Vikas Nigam Limited. Each new subsidiary has an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr (₹1 Lakh) and is entirely owned by WAA Solar. This strategic step reinforces the company's commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio and ensures dedicated structures are in place for efficient project development and operation.
