Transteel Seating Technologies Limited — Important, 08-01-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

TRANSTEEL's fund-raising committee has approved the conversion of 1,24,000 warrants into an equal number of equity shares. These shares were issued at an issue price of Rs. 80 each, including a premium of Rs. 70, to non-promoter public investors. The company received the balance amount of Rs. 0.744 Cr from these conversions. This increases TRANSTEEL's issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 22.09 Cr, representing 2,20,92,010 equity shares. Shareholders should note that 29,06,500 warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
