Sundaram-Clayton sold 16.381 acres of land in Korattur, Chennai, to Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture of Arihant Foundations & Prestige Estates. The total consideration for this asset disposal is Rs. 560.67 Cr, with an advance of Rs. 25 Cr already received.
