Sagar Cements' Investment Committee has approved an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 0.75 Cr equity shares in its subsidiary, Andhra Cements Limited, which constitutes 8.14% of its total equity. This strategic sale aims to facilitate Andhra Cements in meeting its minimum public shareholding requirements. The floor price for the OFS is set at Rs. 72 per share. The offer is scheduled for non-retail investors on January 9 and for retail investors on January 12. Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers will act as the sole broker for this transaction. Retail investors can participate with bids up to Rs. 0.02 Cr.
