Bajaj Finserv and Promoter Group acquired 23% stake in Bajaj General & Bajaj Life from Allianz SE for Rs. 21,390 crore. This boosts Bajaj Group's ownership to 97%, giving Bajaj Finserv 75.01% control. The remaining 3% stake is expected to be acquired via buyback.
