Kanpur Plastipack formed a 50:50 Joint Venture, ESSEKAN Pvt Ltd, with Italy's Essegomma. This JV aims to sell and distribute high-performance polypropylene yarn globally, leveraging European expertise and KPL's manufacturing. KPL invested Rs 0.20 Cr for its 50% stake.
