Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd — Important, 08-01-2026: Company Update

Zodiac JRD-MKJ's subsidiary, VEM Plastic Molding, has secured two significant purchase orders. One order, valued at approximately Rs. 10 crore, is from Nepal's YATRI for manufacturing plastic panels for their P-2 scooter. The second is a three-year contract with Magna, an OEM supplier to Tata Motors, to supply plastic parts for Tata Sierra and other Tata SUVs. This Magna contract is expected to generate Rs. 3 crore in annual revenue. These orders represent a positive boost to the subsidiary's business operations and financial performance, adding a major automotive client and diversifying revenue streams.
