    Acuité Ratings & Research has assigned a rating of 'Acuite BBB+; Positive' for SRG Housing Finance's new Long-term Bank Facilities of Rs. 500 Cr. Additionally, existing Long-term Bank Facilities (Rs. 275 Cr) and Non-Convertible Debentures (Rs. 100 Cr) have been reaffirmed at 'Acuite BBB+; Positive'. The outlook is Positive.
