Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry) has completed a significant internal reorganization. Its subsidiary, Swara Baby Products, has acquired 100% of Solis Hygiene Private Limited. This move makes Solis Hygiene a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swara Baby and a step-down subsidiary of Brainbees. As part of the transaction, Brainbees increased its direct stake in Swara Baby from 75.92% to 76.59%. Consequently, Brainbees' indirect control over Solis Hygiene now stands at 76.59%. This consolidation streamlines the group's ownership structure. The deal was executed through share-for-share exchanges, with no explicit monetary valuation disclosed.
