Desco Infratech Ltd — Important, 09-01-2026: Company Update

Desco Infratech has executed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire 75% equity shareholding in Shri Green Agro Energies Private Limited (SGAEPL) for a cash consideration of Rs. 0.405 Cr. This strategic acquisition will make SGAEPL, which focuses on agro-energy and Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects, a subsidiary of Desco Infratech. The move aligns with Desco's strategy to diversify into sustainable infrastructure and expand its footprint in the renewable energy and green fuel sector. SGAEPL currently has no turnover.
