Rudra Ecovation Limited's Board has approved the allotment of 22.20 lakh equity shares to promoter Shiva Spinfab Private Limited. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each, were issued upon conversion of warrants at an issue price of Rs. 48 per share (including a Rs. 47 premium). This conversion increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 11.6058 Cr to Rs. 11.8278 Cr, reflecting a capital infusion of Rs. 7.992 Cr from the balance warrant amount. This strengthens the company's capital structure.
