Paramatrix executed an amendment to its Metasys acquisition SPA, removing the need for a separate Shareholders’ Agreement. This change maintains the original acquisition price and key terms. An Escrow Agreement with Axis Trustee/Bank was also established to secure the 100% Metasys stake acquisition.
