REC's subsidiary RECPDCL transferred two project-specific SPVs, Velgaon Power Transmission and Jejuri Hinjewadi Power Transmission, to successful bidders. These SPVs contributed negligibly to REC's financials, fetching ₹1.07 Cr and ₹1.57 Cr respectively, plus expense reimbursements.
