IBL Finance has allotted 21 unlisted, secured NCDs via private placement to an identified eligible investor. Each NCD is priced at Rs. 25,000, raising a total of Rs. 0.0525 Cr. This fund infusion will support company operations. The NCDs offer a 13% fixed annual coupon, paid quarterly.
