Baron Infotech Ltd — Important, 09-01-2026: Company Update

The National Company Law Tribunal has clarified an earlier order regarding Baron Infotech Limited's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). An initial extension of 120 days had inadvertently omitted excluding a specific period. The NCLT has now modified this, formally excluding the period from January 26, 2025, to January 6, 2026, from the CIRP timeline. Furthermore, the overall resolution process has been extended by an additional 120 days. This provides Baron Infotech Limited and its stakeholders more time for the ongoing insolvency resolution.
