Raconteur Global Resources shareholders have approved the appointment of Ms. Gowhar Parveen Mallick as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Shareholders also greenlit a preferential issue of 0.84 Cr equity shares and 2.23 Cr convertible warrants, both priced at Rs. 14 per share, to non-promoter/public category investors. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months. These capital-raising initiatives aim to strengthen the company's financial position and support future growth.
