Mr. Rohit Jindal has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, aiming to strengthen financial management, governance, and support long-term growth. Former CFO, Mr. Himanshu Garg, transitions to President – Growth and International Business, along with Business Finance. The company also appointed SCS and CO LLP as Secretarial Auditor and Anil Bohra and Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
