    Lemon Tree Hotels approved a strategic reorganization, creating asset-light Lemon Tree and asset-owning Fleur Hotels. Warburg Pincus acquires APG's stake in Fleur and invests up to ₹960 Cr for its growth. Fleur will be listed, significantly expanding its owned portfolio to 41 hotels.
