    Swaraj Suiting amends EGM disclosures for its preferential issue. The company plans a major backward integration with new spinning lines, adding 25,500 TPA capacity. This Rs. 418.24 Cr project aims for better margins and captive yarn supply, partly funded by a Rs. 261.50 Cr preferential issue.
