Indo Thai Securities' Preferential Allotment Committee has approved the conversion of 20,000 warrants into 2,00,000 new equity shares, following the receipt of the remaining 75% of the issue price. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each, were allotted to Ashu Bishnoi, a non-promoter, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 0.75 Cr. This allotment increases the company's outstanding equity shares, with the allottee holding 0.15% post-conversion. The company still has 2,10,000 warrants outstanding for future conversion.
