Anirit Ventures Ltd — Important, 10-01-2026: Company Update

Anirit Ventures has concluded its Rights Issue of up to 1.20 crore partly paid-up equity shares at Rs. 33 each, raising up to Rs. 39.60 Crore. The issue, which was oversubscribed by 116.35%, saw the Board approve the allotment of all 1.20 crore shares. These partly paid-up shares were credited to demat accounts on January 9, 2026, and will begin trading on BSE on January 14, 2026, under a new ISIN.
