Laxmipati Engineering Works has announced changes to its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) structure. Ms. Darshana Hareshbhai Gorasiya resigned from her role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Following this, Ms. Payu Bhardwaj has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. This update ensures continuity in critical compliance and disclosure functions, as the KMPs are authorized to determine the materiality of events and make necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges.
