This strategic move strengthens Yash Highvoltage's presence in the electrical equipment manufacturing sector, as Sukrut operates in the same business line. Sukrut reported a turnover of Rs 27.44 Cr for FY25 and has a paid-up capital of Rs 40.85 Cr. Mr. Keyur Girishchandra Shah, Yash Highvoltage's Managing Director, has been appointed to Sukrut's board, signaling active involvement in the new joint venture.
